Production notes

White copy — festivalvision over technology

AI GLASGOW FILMSTOCK is an international film festival in Glasgow dedicated to short films created with the help of artificial intelligence and neural networks.

On October 23, 2026, we present a curated one-day program of around 20 short films (up to 40 minutes), fully or partially made with AI tools, where vision comes before technology.

Alongside screenings we host Q&As, networking, and conversations about creativity, authorship, ethics, storytelling, and the future of cinema. We are looking for bold, emotional, strange, beautiful, and experimental films that use AI with purpose.

  • AI serving story, atmosphere, and cinematic experience.
  • Hybrid and fully AI work welcome, from text-to-video to live action with neural workflows.
  • Human intention first: AI is not a replacement for imagination.

How AI was used
